Rice pizza
Pizza Base:
- Rice flour-2 cup
- Rice ready - half a cup
- Yogurt -2 tbsp
- Baking Soda-3/4 tbsp
- Salt - according to taste
- Chopped Vegetable-1 bowl
- Corn - 2 tbsp
- Butter-2 tbsp
- Cheese-4 Cubes
- Hot and Sweet Tomato Sauce, Oregano, Chilli Flakes - According to taste
Manner;
In a bowl mix rice flour, canned rice, salt, yogurt, and baking soda and add a little water and make a soft dough. Let it cover for ten minutes. Now heat the butter in the pan and add the chopped vegetables. Combine the salt and sauce, stirring on a high heat and remove from the heat. Take one loaf from the prepared flour and fold it into a thick round loaf. Grind it with chopsticks or forks. Cut the rolls of bread into a large bowl. Now, with the bread on a hot pot, knead the butter and shake it on low heat. Sprinkle all the vegetables with this sauce on the pizza. Sprinkle the cheese on it.
