Mexican Vegetable Soup
Ingredient
- Puree of tomato - 1 cup
- Chopped herbs - half a cup
- Boiled pasta - half a cup
- 1 tsp of garlic
- Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tsp
- Tomato No Sauce - 1 tsp
- Chilli - half a teaspoon
- Salt - as per taste
- Vegetable stock-3 4 cups
Method:-
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic to it. Add finely chopped herbs - cabbage, capsicum, carrots, etc. and mix for two minutes. Then add tomato puree, vegetable stock, and boiled pasta for five to seven minutes. Now add tomato sauce, chili, and vinegar and let it simmer for a couple of minutes. Let it take off from the heat. Tasty Mexican soup is ready. Serve it hot. You can also add water if you do not want to add vegetable stock.
