   Ingredients :


  •                    Red capsicum - 200 g
  •                    Whole red chili flakes - 2 nos
  •                    Fresh red chilies - 5 to 10 oz
  •                    Vinegar - 1 cup
  •                    Olive Oil - 1 cup
  •                    Lemon Zest - 1 tablespoon
  •                    Chopped onion - 50 g (light)
  •                     Clove - 11th
  •                     Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  •                     Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  •                    Salt - as per taste
  •                    Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Method

         Discard all chili stalks. Soak the dried chilies in warm water for a while. Prepare the fine paste by crushing all the ingredients in the mixer. Take this paste in a pan and let it rise for fifteen minutes on medium heat. Get cold put in a glass jar in the fridge for fifteen minutes. Then use it. Store the sauce in the fridge for up to two weeks.
