How to make garlic chicken curry

First, take the egg and cornstarch in a bowl and mix it well. Now cut the chicken breast into small pieces and put these pieces in a mixer of eggs and corn starch and keep it for 2-3 hours to marinate.

Meanwhile, heat oil in the pan. Add marinated chicken to it and fry until the color of the chicken turns brown. Instead of frying all chicken pieces together, do it in small batches.
