- 500g Chicken
- 1/2 tbsp nutmeg powder
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp onion paste
- Add red chili powder as required
- 2 teaspoons curd
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 lentil stick
- 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tbsp pure green chilies
- Turmeric powder as required
- 4 tablespoons mustard oil
- 3 bowl onions
- 2 finely chopped coriander leaves
How to make chicken musallam recipe

To make chicken musallam, first of all, you must mix nutmeg powder, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon cumin together and grind it well.2nd
Finely grind this spice and make a paste. After this, put ginger-garlic paste, onion paste and green chili puree in a bowl. Add ground spices, red chili powder, turmeric powder to the mixture and mix them all well.

Now put the curd in a bowl. After this, mix the spice paste with mustard oil and salt as per your taste. Add chicken to this mixture and leave it to marinate for an hour. Then take a pan on one side and add the remaining oil to it. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, bay leaves, green chilies and fry it on a medium flame for a while.

Now add onion and allow it to turn light brown. If you like onions and garlic smoothies, you can roast them on high heat. This will add a new flavor of flavor to the dish. Now add the marinated chicken and cook the chicken till the oil separates from it.

After this, add water to the chicken accordingly and cover the chicken. Add salt to the chicken after a while. If you want to make this dish a bit tastier, then you can add soaked almond paste. This paste will add a creamy flavor to your dish.

Finally, take a good serving bowl and add the prepared pestle to it. After this, garnish it with coriander leaves and serve. You can also garnish it with onion rings.
